Rice Toner

Rice toner with rice bran extract and fermented rice bran. The texture is watery and absorbs in seconds. Use morning and night after cleansing.

Pour a coin-sized amount onto a cotton pad and swipe across face and neck, or press directly into damp skin with your hands. Follow with serum or moisturizer.
