I’m new to K-beauty. Where do I start?
Forget the 10-step routine. You need three things:
- Cleanser — get the sunscreen and buildup off your face.
- Serum — pick one for your biggest concern (acne, dark spots, dryness, aging).
- Moisturizer + Sunscreen — lock it in, then protect it.

How do I pick the right products?
Two ways. If you know your concern (acne, brightening, sensitivity, hydration, anti-aging), start there — we have a collection for each. If you want to build a routine step by step, browse Cleansers, Serums, Moisturizers, and Suncare. Every product we stock has been tested and vetted by our team, so you’re not guessing.
How do you choose what to stock?
That’s what makes COLAVO different. We test everything ourselves before it hits the store. If a product pills under sunscreen, feels heavy after a few hours, or doesn’t deliver visible results — we don’t stock it. We don’t care how hyped it is. Performance is the only filter.
What’s your return policy?
All sales are final — skincare and food are hygiene products, so we can’t take returns. Wrong or damaged item? Email hello@colavo.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll replace it or refund it. No drama. Full details in our refund policy.
