On a product carrying a Seoul Receipt you see three lines and nothing hidden: what the item costs in the Seoul store, what we add for sourcing and handling, and the total you pay. The Dr.G Red Blemish cream reads ₩19,900 in Seoul stores + S$17.76 sourcing & handling = S$35.99. No "compare at" number pulled from nowhere. Read the standard, including the rule that makes us withhold a receipt and the products it has already been withheld from.

This matters because K-beauty counterfeiting is real. Products with slightly different textures, missing seals, or shorter shelf life circulate on discount sites. Your tracking number shows the parcel entering the post in Korea, so you can see where it came from.
No Urgency Games
COLAVO doesn't use countdown timers, fake scarcity notices, "WEEKEND ONLY" banners, or stacked discount psychology. The price is the price. There's no "buy 3 get 20% off" that makes you buy more than you need, no "app exclusive 15% off" that pushes you to download something, no "loyalty points" that create a sunk-cost fallacy.
If a product is genuinely on sale, we'll mark it. But the default is honest pricing, not promotional machinery designed to trigger impulse purchases.

Our American range is bought from US retailers and ships from the US. Where a product carries a Seoul Receipt, we print the Korean store price and name the Korean storefront it was read from, so you can check it yourself.
How long does shipping take?
We have not measured delivery times to every country, so we do not promise a number of days. Korean products are posted from Korea by Korea Post with a tracking number, so you can follow the parcel from the day it is posted. The shipping cost to your country is shown before you pay.
What is the Seoul Receipt?
On a product that carries one, the Seoul Receipt shows the Korean retail price — what you would pay at a store in Seoul — alongside our sourcing cost and the final price, so you can see exactly what you're paying for. It's our way of being transparent about pricing instead of using inflated "compare at" prices.
