The American Box
One box, packed from the American shelf and posted to your door — the everyday US groceries that never make it to a shop near you. This part of colavo is not open yet; here is exactly where it stands.
Shipping is worked out at checkout, against the address you are actually sending to. You will see it before you pay.
What is on the shelf
We looked at 2,450 items on the American shelf. What is listed below is the part we can say something honest about: 439 ambient, packaged groceries we have positively identified as postable. It is deliberately the smaller number — anything we could not place with confidence is left off rather than counted in. A few real names per shelf, and what they cost on the US shelf:

What we leave out, and why
A parcel seized at your border is worse than a parcel that never shipped. The export rules refuse the perishables outright — the biggest groups:
- 137 — cheese
- 91 — chicken
- 87 — cream
- 38 — beef
- 28 — butter
- 21 — turkey
On top of that we drop anything the post will not carry whatever the rules say: 82 alcohol · 47 fresh produce · 28 cut flowers · 27 restricted or not a grocery · 14 chilled · 5 pressurised or flammable. Alcohol cannot go in international mail at all; flowers, fresh produce, live plants and anything chilled or frozen do not survive the trip; and hemp, tobacco and supplements are restricted or banned outright in many of the places you might be reading this, Singapore included.
Being straight about the limits of this: 220 of those 2,450 are still being judged, and the shelf above deliberately leaves out everything we could not place with confidence — prepared meals, bakery, fresh counters and one-off finds. It is a shorter list on purpose. The final one is set the day we actually buy.
Why there are no colavo prices here yet
The prices above are what these cost on the American shelf, not what we would charge — we have not bought the goods yet, and we price from what we actually paid. Until the first buying trip is done and those receipts exist, any colavo price here would be a guess wearing a price tag. You will see the real ones the day they are real.
Be first when it opens
